Alongside all of the logistics and organization, I work with you to shape the vision, source vendors who actually fit the feeling you are after, and make sure every detail connects back to what makes your celebration yours. You stay in every decision. I make sure it all comes together the way you imagined it. The Constant
Some celebrations have more layers than others. A larger guest count, a fuller vendor team, multiple events woven together across a weekend, or simply the desire to have someone completely present through every part of it. The Constant is full presence from start to finish. I hold every detail with care, keep every moving piece connected, and make sure that no matter how much is happening, the day still feels personal, intentional, and completely yours. One day or several, this is what it looks like when nothing is left to chance.The Constant is designed for couples who want support starting from square one, an extended planning runway of 9 to 12+ months, and/or a wedding weekend with multiple events beyond the ceremony and reception.Starting at $7,500

Day of Coordination
For the couple who has planned their own wedding and needs someone completely present to bring it all together. You have done the work. You know your vendors, you have your vision, and your wedding is almost here. What you need now is someone to step in, take the reins, and make sure everything you have planned actually unfolds the way you imagined it. I come in six to eight weeks before your wedding, get fully up to speed on every detail, and handle everything on the day itself so you can walk in and just be present. Starting at $1,500
